We have a 14-day money back refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your foods to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, if the food is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong food, so that we can evaluate the issue. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund request, you can contact us. If your request is approved, we’ll money back.
We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the food is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale foods.
